Cookie settings

How cookies, browser storage and supporting resources are used on the bridgework website.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and scripts that access information on a device. This policy explains the current website’s use of these technologies; it does not describe software running inside a customer’s environment.
What the website uses
- Website functionality: apart from optional analytics described below, the website application does not set tracking cookies or use local storage to track visitors. The demo form and animations keep temporary state while the page is open. We store your analytics choice in browser local storage for up to 180 days to remember and respect it; this preference is necessary for consent management and is not used for tracking.
- Abuse prevention: the server temporarily counts form requests by IP address. This is server-side processing, not a tracking cookie.
- Optional Cloudflare Turnstile: when enabled for the demo form or contact email reveal, Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for spam prevention and may use strictly necessary browser storage. Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
- Background assets: the animated background may request fonts or image assets from assets.unicorn.studio. This involves a network request, even though the animation code is hosted locally.
No advertising pixels are integrated into the website application. Google Analytics is optional and follows the regional consent settings described below when configured. Hosting or security infrastructure can process request data and may provide necessary security functionality.
Google Analytics cookies
If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, it may use first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. These cookies are optional and do not provide the basic functionality of the website.
- _ga: distinguishes visitors.
- _ga_*: maintains session information for the relevant analytics property.
Our Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days, without extending their expiry on each visit. Cookie expiry is separate from how long analytics reports and event information are retained. See Google’s explanation of Analytics cookies.
In the European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland, any additional regions configured for consent, and when your country cannot be determined, the Google Analytics tag remains blocked until you accept. In other regions, including the United States, analytics may start without a consent prompt. We select these settings using the approximate country supplied by our hosting provider. If you accepted analytics through the banner, you can withdraw that consent at the top of this page. A previous rejection or a Global Privacy Control signal disables analytics in every region. These controls apply to measurement requests as well as analytics cookies.
Your controls
You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking necessary resources may affect the demo form or background animation. Refusing optional analytics will not affect those functions. The website respects your device’s reduced-motion setting for automatic animation.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required before activating them.
