How bridgework handles personal information from its website, demo requests and business communications.
Who this notice covers
bridgework is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. It covers visitors to bridgework.now, people requesting a demo and our business contacts. Customer repository data processed as part of an enterprise service is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, work email, company, migration problem and other information you include in an inquiry or correspondence.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and delivery or error information that our website infrastructure may process.
- Spam-prevention information: submission timing, a hidden form field and a temporary IP-based request counter. Contact email addresses are revealed on request through a rate-limited endpoint. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it also processes information to assess whether a form submission or contact-reveal request is automated.
The website demonstrations do not access your repositories, execute CI jobs or submit your code to an AI model.
Why we use information
We use this information to answer inquiries, arrange demos, discuss a potential engagement, operate and troubleshoot the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and operating a secure website, steps taken at your request before entering an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Optional Google Analytics
If enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website and to improve its content. Analytics information may include pages visited, referring pages, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie or device identifiers. Analytics runs only when configured, subject to the regional choices described below.
We use the approximate country supplied by our hosting provider to select the analytics consent settings; we do not request your precise location. In the European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland, any additional regions configured for consent, and when your country cannot be determined, Google Analytics remains blocked until you accept. Elsewhere, including the United States, analytics may start without a consent prompt. If you accepted analytics through the banner, you can withdraw that consent on the Cookie settings page. We also disable analytics when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Refusing analytics will not prevent you from browsing the website or requesting a demo.
Google receives and processes analytics information and may process it outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, demo-form contents, credentials or repository data to Google Analytics.
Analytics information is retained only for as long as needed to understand and improve the website, subject to the configured analytics retention controls. Cookie lifetimes are explained in the Cookie settings.
How long we retain information
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice. We consider whether an inquiry or business relationship remains active, the need to follow up, resolve disputes or prevent abuse, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Copies in routine backups may remain until those backups are replaced. The website does not maintain a lead database; submitted inquiries are delivered to our email inbox. Website and email providers may also retain operational records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict its use; withdraw consent; and complain to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to exceptions.
Send requests to . We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. You can also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up communications.

We use measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or sensitive repository content through the demo form.
