Terms for using the bridgework website and requesting information or a demo.
Scope
These terms govern your use of bridgework.now, provided by bridgework. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
These are website terms, not a subscription or enterprise service agreement. A demo request does not create a purchase, guarantee acceptance into a pilot or grant access to the service. Any enterprise engagement requires a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, access, responsibilities and data processing.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Provide accurate contact information and submit information only if you have the right to share it. Do not send credentials, confidential customer code or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
Website content and demonstrations
Website content describes bridgework’s approach and intended workflows. Illustrative API statuses, code changes, checks and pull requests are examples, not live customer results or a commitment that a particular integration or transformation is available.
We may change website content and availability. Public descriptions do not replace an agreed service specification. Passing checks provide evidence within their coverage; they do not guarantee correct behaviour in every situation. A pull request is not a merge or production deployment.
Intellectual property and submissions
bridgework and its licensors retain rights in the website’s content, design, software and branding. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate business purposes. Other copying, redistribution or commercial use requires permission unless applicable law permits it.
You retain rights in information you submit. You allow us to use it to respond to your request and discuss the proposed engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending an inquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement; any required confidentiality terms should be agreed separately.
Third-party services and links
Links and references to third-party APIs, documentation or services are provided for context. They do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices.
Availability and responsibility
We take care in preparing the website, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we exclude implied warranties concerning the website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, bridgework is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for any contracted enterprise service is addressed in the applicable agreement.
Changes, access and contact
We may restrict access where needed to address misuse, security or legal concerns. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. For questions, permissions or legal notices, contact bridgework at .
